In May of 2018, Beaufort Rosemary LLC welcomed Dylan Casey to our team. A 2014 graduate of Florida State University, Dylan brings 10 years of management experience, beginning while still in high school and encompassing a wide range of roles and business entities. During college, he successfully ran the operations department of a luxury vacation rental community during the busy spring and summer seasons. From graduation until April 2018, he managed restaurant locations, with revenues in excess of $6 million and 50+ employees, in Atlanta, Tampa, Houston and Birmingham for J. Alexander’s Restaurants.
